At PowerCell we are working hard at delivering powerful hydrogen powered fuel cells and systems to our customers around the world. The demand for our products is steadily increasing and we’re at the forefront of fuel cell development. We believe in our technology and we believe in our people’s ability to deliver the best solutions for hydrogen fuel cells on the market, today and tomorrow.

We are now looking for a fuel cell developer who is curious and dares to challenge us in our thinking. Your daily tasks will include concept development, design, evaluation and continuous improvment of prototypes and test objects. You will work closely with various working groups where there will be discussions and meetings for joint deliveries.

Responsibility

- Design solutions that meet all technical requirements (mechanical, electrical, chemical, etc.) while allowing the solution to be manufactured, assembled, and maintained. Weigh the different requirements of the various stakeholders and propose compromises.

- Constantly explore better ways to solve problems and find reasonable ways to advance them through concept, prototype, and validation.

- Long-term development of methodology and strategy.

Your background and experience

- Engineering education, minimum 3 years in mechanical/construction or similar.

- Fluent Swedish and/or English spoken and written.

- Good knowledge of CAD software, preferably CATIA v5

- Basic knowledge of technical drawings and requirements

Good to have

- Workshop experience in both assembly, manufacturing and metrology

- Advanced knowledge of drawings, GD &T, drawing standards, etc.

- Knowledge of mechanical strength, FEM and mechanical testing.
