A Snapshot of Your Day 

You will be working in a team of engineers in a project setup supporting with knowledge and expectations for the gas fuel and instrument air systems. To support and inform status of the engineering process to the project technical lead you will collaborate with colleagues from other parts of the Customer Order Engineering organization such as technical lead from development & standard, strategic purchasing, or assembly personnel. Together with the team at development & standard you will discuss how to improve future design changes together with chief engineers within other technical areas.

●       Responsibility over the gas & fuel system and the project technical demands to meet our customers and companies need for gas fuel and instrument air system.

●       Evaluate, with other engineering functions, suggestions on engineering solutions from suppliers and development & standards

●       Stand for technical solutions and your systems economy within the project

●       Being the source for knowledge regarding gas fuel and instrument air within the complete process of project execution.

●       Being a team player with focus on cooperation with our in-company interfaces.

●       Fast acting support during troubleshooting with project leads.

●       Degree in mechanical engineering or other equal education

About the Team

The gas fuel team you will join consist of 8-10 engineers, both employees and partners. This team is part of a group consisting of 18-20 engineers working with gas and liquid fuel as well as fire and gas detection. The team helps and support each other when needed, support both the team and interfaces in the organization and doing that with an open & trusting mindset.

You will also join the larger team that include all of us at engineering of MGT because we work in close cooperation with our colleagues that focus on installation, electrical and control. Together we execute the projects with focus on achieving the best possible solution for customer and company. 

Through our Generation division, we enhance and innovate conventional and renewable power supply. Currently, we're reducing carbon emissions of existing assets and developing technologies that transform power generation applications.
