Fulfilment Analyst to Home Entertainment (Malmö)

In this recruitment Home Entertainment (www.homeenter.com) works together with Academic Search International AB.You will by analysis and actions guarantee and improve efficiency, quality, and customer friendliness in the Service Department's area of responsibility.You will report to the Director of Service.Your tasks and field of responsibility * Make sure that parameters and settings in the business system, within the Service Department's responsibilities, are tuned.* Follow up, analyze and suggest measures in logistics, customer service and credit system efficiency.* Customer information database maintenance * Making customer surveys regarding service.* Work as backup for the person who is responsible for customer service.Special skills You are analytical and have an academic degree with elements of statistics.You handle different Microsoft software and analyzing tools such as Excel, Access and SAS without problems.You have got the ability to educate outsourced units.You also need to have very good English skills, as it is our company language.Experience from a similar position is an advantage.
