AFRY are now creating a new unit, Digital X, to excel in our digital offerings to our clients. In Digital X we will work with the digital strategy and overall portfolio. We will manage the lifecycle of digital solutions, including development, maintenance and operation.

Personal competence
We value your personality  and mindset, as well as previous work experience, however a higher level of education, a University degree or equivalent, is considered a strong merit.
To be successful in this role at Digital X, you have excellent communication- and teamwork skills. You thrive in a coworker- and possibility-oriented environment where cultivation stands over control and competence. Another highly valued skill is great attention to details and an analytical mind.
Formal requirements

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
Experience developing Azure App Service and Function Apps
In-depth knowledge of relational database: MS SQL Server used both on-prem and as PaaS and IaaSWorking experience architecting, designing, building solutions in the cloud
Experience with API design and integration is preferred. Familiarity with common stacks
Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
Fluent in verbal and written English 

And of course, we believe that you have a strong interest in digitalization!
What will you do?
As a Full Stack Developer, you are comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You have knowledge of agile methodologies and as a front-end developer you will share responsibilities with an UX designer for creating usable products with appealing design.

Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
Write effective APIs. And of course, unit test software to ensure high-quality code and contribute to customer understanding of the implementation
You should be able to build features and applications with a mobile responsive design in collaboration with colleagues, such as data scientists and analysts to continuously improve software
