Full Stack Engineer

Your responsibilities will include:
As our go-to Shopify Developer, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing Teams to translate concepts into functional eCommerce solutions
Consult on best practices as it applies to the implementation and execution of concepts needed by the Growth team
Creatively solve development problems, translate technical requirements and mockups into site features/improvements
Implement new digital technologies, Shopify apps, Zendesk integrations, and development techniques that help us achieve our objectives
Perform ongoing website maintenance including functional changes
Develop, implement, customize Shopify and Zendesk themes to fit with our overall brand
QA all work to ensure a bug-free deployment
Working with our Data Protection Officer to ensure that all of our data management processes adhere strictly to all GDPR regulations

We think you are:
Someone with 1-2 of years of documented experience as a programmer in a relevant language for building websites, preferably with hands-on experience with the Shopify platform
Someone with a constant passion for learning about the latest web technologies, and a quick learner overall
Someone with a documented experience of a hypotheses-driven approach
Someone who is a master of staying organized, documenting hypotheses, results and learnings, and is eager to communicate it to stakeholders to help everyone around you ask better questions
Familiar with site optimization and A/B testing tools like Hotjar, etc
Strong on frontend with an eye for polished design
A creative, entrepreneurial thinker when approaching problems and developing out-of-the-box solutions
Curious about ecommerce best practices
Someone with a growth mindset and who loves to analyze the impact of your work through tools like Google Analytics
A great team player and someone with a T-shaped personality, always looking for ways to help the team proactively whenever possible
