About this opportunity
You will join the System Team in Products and Private Banking IT Operations. The System team is a cross functional team that spans over both IT and Business, different skill sets and locations, where we work towards simplification, harmonisation and automation, along with building and maintaining scalable and reliable services and automated deploys. Using the SAFe model we are adopting the agile principles and you will join a self-organization team where you, as everyone in the team, have a voice and a shared responsibility to help the team and ART as a whole to excel. As a team we are very open to new and different approaches and eager to help each other.
Our team is located in Denmark, Sweden and India. Our daily work is to do maintenance, operation, continuous delivery, integration and release tool-chain. We support the application development and are responsible for the operation of the production services being the core:
* Application Monitoring and Event Management
* Release Engineering
* Automation of manual operation tasks
* Configuration Management
* Continuous Delivery and Integration
* Infrastructure Scalability and Robustness
* Service Design, Service Transition and Service Operation
We work in an agile manner combining Scrum and Kanban. Moreover, we are always open to new ideas and innovation.
Your duties and responsibilities:
* Work closely with the System Team and Development on improving the application landscape
* Daily and proactive support of the technical foundation business critical applications in production
* Ensure the high availability, resiliency, scalability and capacity utilization of the applications
* Support the troubleshooting, incident and problem management processes
* Enhance the application monitoring and self-healing capabilities of the applications
* Perform deployments for new releases and work on continuous delivery pipelines
* Work on eliminating/minimizing the toil” on operations tasks
The role is based in Copenhagen; Stockholm.

We are looking for an energetic, innovative and service-minded Full Stack Engineer who is technology savvy, gets pleasure through automation and enjoys challenges and working in a multicultural environment. Being a self-starter is key.
Your experience and background:
* Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Computer Engineering
* Excellent communication skills with very good level of English
* 3 years of working experience as an SRE or DevOps preferably at a large organization
* Experience in at least one of: Type.js, Angular, Python, Go or Shell-Scripting, Oracle and/or PostgreSQL
* Containerization (Docker, lxc),
* Automation tooling (Ansible + Ansible Tower, Puppet)
* Service discovery (Consul, etcd)
* Experience with Linux and Windows
* Experience in working with APIs achieving automation and interoperability
* Experience in application monitoring and application self-healing best practises
* Experience in troubleshooting, incident and problem management
