Our sister company Codic has grown considerably in a short time and today encompasses more than 30 highly skilled consultants working in the fields of software engineering, application development, testing and data science at big, high tech organisations in Gothenburg.
Codic takes pride in being a niche agency that relies on competence-based recruitment and in-house IT and industry expertise. Compared to many of their competitors, they want to stay local and not outgrow the familiar atmosphere they have cultivated over the years.
Role description
At the moment, Codic is looking for a software engineer on behalf of a big, international IT company in Gothenburg. You will have all the benefits of working for a small startup company eager to get together for lunches, after works and other events, while honing your skills and gaining experience at a larger organisation.
The assignment is about taking a new application into production at customers. The team is small and they are looking for a senior programmer but above all someone who is able to understand which technology and architectural choices that are best in the specific situation. It will take a lot of networking internally to understand how this application fits in with their other well established Web applications, systems and other products.
You need to have at least three years of work experience and be proficient in the following:
Javascript (Angular)
Java spring boot
http/https protocol
Experience with REST API:s
Also useful if you have experience with:
Communicating with internal stakeholders
Authentication
CI/CD, Git, Unit testing, security testing
Agile work methods
