Fullstack Developer - Merchant

About the role
Budbee is growing super fast and we are now looking for a full-stack developer to join our friendly and competent Merchant team in Stockholm. You will be working to develop scalable services running on AWS. You should be a person eager to solve challenges and someone who enjoys working cross-functionally to create value!

The team
Our team currently consists of four developers, a tech lead, and a product manager. We work hand in hand with the commercial department to manage and develop the lifecycle of a merchant journey. This could be by adding new services, enhancing user interfaces for our merchants, or the automation of business processes to support more effective management of merchants. We ensure that Budbee is the number one partner for any merchants on the mission to provide world-class last-mile service to their customers.

Desired skills

- 4+ years experience working with JVM-based language(s) (e.g. Java, Kotlin, Scala)

- Event-driven/event-oriented architectures and data models

- Deploying and managing auto-scaling services

- AWS

- Domain Driven Design, Event Storming, Event Sourcing

- Good communication skills

- Critical thinker with a pragmatic approach to problems

- Experienced in working with an agile methodology
