Fullstack Developer to fast growing tech startup

We’re looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our startup client on their journey of using modern technology to create an unbiased, world class, candidate centered interview experience while providing recruiters with data driven insights about their candidates potential.

Our Client is an HR tech startup who is challenging the traditional job interview process with its interview software. With our initial product, the world’s first social interview robot, we challenged the recruitment industry by making the interview transparent. The decision became data driven and competency based - completely unbiased. We are now continuing our journey with more insights than ever. We’re looking to expand our software suite with more products and more features, to make the recruitment process better, faster and smoother - for recruiters and candidates.

We have offices in Malmö in Stockholm. Most days you can choose to work from home or from the office, but we do occasionally meet for pair programming or workshops.

The Role

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to help us produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a small, but fast growing, cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from concept, prototyping to deployment.

We believe that you enjoy working with both front-end and back-end development and utilising frameworks and third-party libraries. Your work will involve building front-end applications through appealing visual design, develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications, write and consume effective APIs, as well as writing unit tests to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.

The Tech

We’re currently using JavaScript, React and Typescript for the frontend, and most likely our next product will be built using Vue.js. But we’re always curious to explore the benefits of new and modern frameworks that can outpace our current solution.

Our current backend is built upon Node.js and runs in Kubernetes hosted on Elastx cloud. Our next project will include building an NLP engine using the open source framework RASA, so it’s a bonus if you’re interested in that.

As we are still early in our journey, you will be able to take part in choosing the tech and tools to be used.
