What we are doing

We work in multidisciplinary tech teams that include software engineers, designers, content creators, and product owners. As a Fullstack Engineer, you will contribute to the teams by solving problems with code. This means that there is plenty of time and space (also the best gear) to just put your headphones on and hack away, because that is what we all love to do.

On top of that, at Natural Cycles you will also have the opportunity to contribute by participating in discussions about the design of features and prioritization of the roadmap for the product and technical backlogs. We expect you to share your opinion and speak up during planning or retrospectives. We believe that we can only get better if we all participate.

What you will be doing

Ensuring continuous delivery of value to the users.
Helping us keep a healthy and consistent codebase with minimised technical debt and flexibility to expand.
Collaborate and be an impactful contributor to the team to plan, design and build elegant solutions
Share knowledge and be a cultural champion for best practices and become a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional team

We think that you have

Care about the user experience
Comfortable challenging their self and the team to improve ways of working
Experience in backend and frontend development in any modern language, but we use: JavaScript, Node.js, Java, Python
Experience with continuous delivery and automated testing
Comfortable working in an agile environment
Value the success of the team over the success of individual contributions
Not afraid to try their hand at new technologies
Familiarity with public cloud AWS, GCP, Azure

What would be cool if you have (don't worry if you don't)

Hands on public cloud experience with any of these providers AWS, GCP, Azure
You are a cultural champion and enjoy sharing technical and agile and best practices
Experience in femtech, medtech or fintech
