What You'll Do
 In our AD and ADAS Functions department, we focus on designing, integrating, and verifying comprehensive vehicle solutions for autonomous driving and active safety applications. We work in partnership with some of the most forward-thinking industry collaborators to achieve our visions for future safety, convenience, and mobility. As a experienced function design engineer, you will join a team skilled in Function & System design, Integration, Verification, and Validation. Your expertise will be relevant in defining solid function designs and technical solutions to ensure complete customer function behavior and attribute experience. You will articulate the desired customer experience for our future AD/ADAS functions and translate this vision into precise function specifications. Being part of the AD team, you are expected to maintain an overview of the entire customer function and actively engage in certification and type approval activities.
It is anticipated that you have prior experience in function and requirement engineering, function certification, or the product release process.

Who You Are
 We are looking for a person who is an engineer with 4-8 years of relevant experience in function/system design, preferably from AD/ADAS. It is desired, that you have customer value and automotive engineering experience. You are a person who sees details but also the complete picture. You have feet on the ground, but you also dare to think big. You get things done. You love to learn but you also enjoy sharing your knowledge and supporting others with your experience. You have a strong interest and curiosity for the tech area and look forward to being part of the shift into autonomous vehicles. You care about people and like to interact and work together. You take initiatives and feel responsible. You offer a hand even for tasks you have little experience in. You have a strong interest, or even a passion, for vehicles.
