We are looking for a motivated Functional Controller to join our Performance & Support Function Controlling team in Upplands Väsby (Solna from november 2017). You will be part of a group of three controllers who closely work with the Nordic CFO, the NWE Hub (UK) and the division controllers in Sweden.



What are my responsibilities?

•You will support the Nordic HR head and manage the financial processes for the different HR functions in Sweden.



•You coordinate the budget and quarterly forecast process for the HR department as well as ensure alignment with and communication to all relevant stakeholders.



•You will analyze monthly/quarterly actual results and provide relevant commentary on deviations.



•Responsible for providing regular reports with respect to overall performance and recommending actions to management.



•You work with the controllers of the other Nordic countries to provide a regional view on the financials to the HR head and the HQ in Germany



•It is expected that you develop a strong working relationship with the Support Function Controllers within the Nordics & Baltics as well as the NWE Hub in the UK.



•You are willing to support the Nordic CFO in different kinds of projects related to performance improvement and cost optimization.



What do I need to qualify for this job?

•You have an academic degree within Finance/Business Administration and at least 2-5 years of experience from a relevant position within finance (preferably controlling).



•You need to have strong skills in MS-Office applications, especially MS Excel. Experience in SAP would be considered beneficial.



•You possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.



•Since you will interact daily with colleagues in Sweden as well as in the other Nordics countries/UK fluency in Swedish and English is a requirement.



•You are a teamplayer and can cooperate with different kinds of personalities.



•Ability to prioritize and multi task
