As a Function Owner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the user perspective is integrated throughout the development of our Door Control, Locking, and Alarm systems. From initial vision to final implementation, your work will directly impact the user experience.

What you’ll do?
As a Function Owner, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Developing and Communicating Vision: Create and share the vision and roadmap for Locking and/or Alarm functions.
* Design and Documentation: Ensure the function experience is well-designed, balanced, and thoroughly documented.
* Project Management: Initiate and oversee the development of functions across various product variants and releases.
* Supervision and Reporting: Monitor and report on the progress from function design to full implementation.
* Verification and Validation: Ensure that all functions are realized, verified, and validated to meet quality standards.


Additional Responsibilities (based on your skills and capacity):
* Innovative Design: Create visionary and exceptional function experiences that align with business values.
* Regulatory Balance: Balance function experiences with legislative requirements, system boundaries, and potential failure scenarios.
* Comprehensive Documentation: Document function experiences in a detailed and objective manner to guide all development activities.


What you’ll bring?
To be able to succeed in the Function Owner role, you need solid experience in function development, and skills in leading and driving development. On a personal level you are a well-organized natural leader with passion for the end users. You thrive with having deep knowledge within an area, and at the same time driving development work with a holistic perspective.
It is good if you have:
* Expertise in Locking and Alarm systems.
* UX design skills.
* Systems engineering experience.
* Skills in effective textual as well as model-based documentation.
