Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Function owner within propulsion systems to join our dynamic team.


What You Will Work On:
Overall responsibility for a function within propulsion systems, overseeing development, verification, validation, and market delivery.
Collaborate with attribute leaders, legal teams, and other stakeholders to collect input requirements for the function.
Create FDA (Function Development Agreement) providing a concise description of the function.
Develop FDR (Function Description & Requirement) based on input requirements and function specifications.
Initiate and lead reviews of FDRs with relevant stakeholders.
Deliver FDR requirements to Function Realization responsible, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
Analyze Software Release Test (SWRT) data to gauge function maturity at each node delivery.
Oversee Function Realization processes, including updates and maintenance of FRx (Function Realization) documentation.
Facilitate the implementation and testing of requirements with different subsystems.
Lead hazard analysis and Functional Safety concept activities, ensuring compliance with safety requirements.
Develop and maintain a verification plan for safety requirements, including Document Verification Matrices (DVMs).
Stay informed about state-of-the-art functions within the automotive industry.
Conduct function owner meetings with key stakeholders, including function verification engineers, legal department, system safety leaders, and attribute leaders.
Monitor and ensure resolution of function-related Software Improvement Requests (SWIs).

What You Bring:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, with significant experience in the automotive industry.
Proven experience as a Function Owner, demonstrating expertise in Propulsion System/Motion System areas.
Familiarity with tools such as SystemWeaver, Jira, and standard office programs.
Analytical and problem-solving orientation, with attention to detail.
Fluent in English.
Strong leadership skills, able to lead cross-functional meetings and collaborate effectively with various teams.
Knowledge of industry-standard safety practices and verification processes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to analyze and interpret Software Release Test data for comprehensive function assessments.
