Function System Manager

Do you want to be part of a team that develops groundbreaking solutions? We are looking for a Function System Manager to join us doing some great things.
As our Function System Manager you will play an important part in assign and prioritize tasks among team members. You will be responsible to maintain, manage and create the team plan based on the detailed plan from each team member.
Contribute to department planning and coordination of activates in the department. Support the Senior Manager with resource and competence need for the team. Secure alignment with corresponding function owners in Geely and secure agreed RASIC.

As our Function System Manager you will be based in Lindholmen, Gothenburg.

Short-term (deliveries within a project) responsibilities:
* Lead and plan the function and system development
* Support in breaking down new functions
* Support team member with dependencies towards other teams if needed.
* Plan and follow-up on team deliveries; FDA, FDR, FRx, SRD,SDB and SWRS updates and sub-system requirements.
* Coordinate and track technical issues, changes, test activities and dependencies between function & systems and SW design.
* Coordinating FIP prioritization and CCS planning activities in Product team.
* Own Critical Path for the team and external stakeholders (FO/SO contribute and own areas.)
* Question and bring out issues, encourage FO/SO to take first step to resolve, PO or CO is second escalation, and then escalate above accordingly
* Own function block diagram and anatomies (interactions, key components/modules/suppliers)
* Coordinate and track agreements, changes and updates within CEVT for; SDB, car conf, base tech updates, requirements changes between function/sub-system areas.
* Handle and propose allocation of new incoming functions to the team.
* Secure that team consider and work with: ISO 26262 functional safety requirements
* Legal requirements
* Use Case + Customer value
* Target levels/Performance

* For internal development: Get aligned with the Product Owners (PO) regarding planning and deliveries of function to secure customer value and actively participate in resolving issues raised on the assigned functions during the project.
* Responsible to deliver assigned project function’s according to agreed scope, time, quality and cost constraints based on stakeholder requirement

You have probably done something like this:
* 5+ years experience in automotive system/function engineering.
* Communication in English, oral and written.
* Problem solving and Cultural awareness.
* Able to plan complex activates and identify dependencies.
* Structured, meticulous, accountable, motivating,transparent and clear.
