Group Reporting Solutions is hiring - we are looking for a colleague to strengthen the GPS Development and Operations team on the operational side.
The role offers a unique mix between technical and financial areas and presents an opportunity to get to know the group consolidation system inside out.

The Role
Your responsibilities will cover various areas. First and foremost, collecting and analyzing internal customers’ requirements, translating those into concrete specifications and implementing them into our SAP BPC-based group consolidation system. This will take either the form of a regular functional maintenance or, with the support of our development team, smaller developments, giving you exposure to more advanced activities. You will be encouraged to pro-actively search for potential improvements in the area of efficiency, performance and security. Another important part of the job is providing advanced support to Atlas Copco’s financial reporting process (troubleshooting financial data issues, performing investigations etc.) which exceeds the responsibility of our 1st level support team. Finally, Operations play an essential role in planning the closing- and maintenance-relevant activities around the system.

What we expect from you
You are a well-organized, service-minded team player. You are able to work under pressure during peak periods and in general can work independently while managing priorities. You have strong communication and collaboration skills as the job entails dealing with internal customers and close cooperation within your team as well as other teams.
We also see that you have:


⦁ You have a university degree, preferably (but it is not a strict condition) in Finance and Business administration, or equivalent knowledge gained through experience.
⦁ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
⦁ Experience with gathering and interpreting functional requirements
⦁ Basic knowledge of accounting rules (e.g. IFRS).
⦁ Fluency in English, both in writing and speaking
⦁ Familiarity with VBA, SQL, SAP products and any existing consolidation tools.

Certification in any of the above areas of expertise is considered a strong plus.
