Assignment Description:
We are hiring a Functional Analyst for Human Capital Management to work hands-on within all areas of HCM and someone who enjoys building their Workday subject matter expertise. You will be engaged in the requirement elicitation, design, development and maintenance of the HR applications used across the Enterprise.
What you'll do:
● Plan and manage features and upgrades additional to working with key business stakeholders to develop business processes, goals, and improvements.
● Partner across multiple functional areas to gather, clarify, and document requirements.
● Serve as the owner for one or more of Workday functional areas such as Core HCM, Reporting and Security.
● Design, develop, deploy and maintain of Workday configuration, business processes and complex condition rules.
● Own the process configuration design and maintain related documentation, provide support including analysing and resolving complex Workday problems.
● Educate and promote self-service reporting with end users by utilizing various communication and training methodologies.
● Support business requests for complex ad hoc reports and develop and maintain HR and other business reporting, analytics and dashboards.
● Design, create and maintain security groups, regularly performs system audits to ensure the efficiency of processes and data integrity and perform data analytics and planning as per best practice.
● Perform data loads and support product walkthrough and systems demos per business demand.
Who you are:
● Experienced in hands-on work across multiple modules in Workday, driven and self-motivated with a focus on results and strong sense of accountability.
● Ability to anticipate, draw conclusions, and adapt to changing needs as well as engage with business.
● Understanding of object-oriented architecture, along with being proficient in agile methodologies and tools.
● Ability to collect, organize, analyse significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
● Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills of English language.
● Possessing Integration knowledge (PECI and Studio preferably) is an added advantage.
