We are looking for a skilled Functional Analyst specialized in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join a long-term project for one of our clients. The successful candidate will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing the tool to meet the client’s business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Requirement Gathering:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and needs.
• Conduct workshops and interviews to gather and document comprehensive requirements.
• Solution Design:
• Translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Design solutions using standard functionalities of Dynamics 365 and identify areas for customization.
• Configuration & Customization:
• Configure the Dynamics 365 environment according to business needs.
• Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards as required.
• Integration:
• Plan and oversee the integration of Dynamics 365 with other systems (ERP, CRM, third-party applications).
• Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems.
• Implementation:
• Lead or assist in the deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Training & Support:
• Develop user manuals and training materials.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot post-implementation issues.
• Documentation:
• Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and integrations for future reference.
Skills & Competencies:
• Deep Product Knowledge:
• Extensive understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules: Finance and Operations, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and Field Service.
• Familiarity with the platform’s customization capabilities and best practices.
• Industry Experience:
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not required.
• Analytical Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design solutions for complex business processes.
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to explain technical details to non-technical users.
• Project Management:
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Ability to coordinate tasks and manage timelines.
• Change Management:
• Skills in managing organizational change and ensuring user adoption.
• Experience guiding businesses through transitions to new systems and processes.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, data models, and integration points.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams for successful implementation and support.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Functional Consultant or Analyst specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and integration of Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity with Power Platform and related technologies.
