The focus in our digitalization of marketing communication is to enable effective planning, creation and distribution of impactful content across all channels and markets, all while enabling collaboration with partners and external parties across the globe. To enable our transformation we are now looking for Digital Specialists to join and support our IKEA Marketing & Communication AB digital transformation team.
Job Description
As Digital Specialist you will support processes, workflows, maintenance of products and content, training and change management within our global Marketing & Communication Digital transformation team. We are looking for you who loves work in dynamic environment and want to support our IKEA Marketing & Communication AB-organization with creation outstanding content experience. We believe that you have solid experience in your domain and have been working within Digital Marketing & Communication for at least a few years. There will be several positions as Digital Specialists available, focusing on areas such as Digital Content Workflows & Processes, Metadata, Support and Administration, SEO and Learning. Your assignment will include:
Interaction and support colleagues with digital marketing communication processes, tools, trainings and ways of working.
Support content editor, digital asset management, product information management and content management system with guidance.
Collaborate cross-functionally within the IKEA Ecosystem including stakeholders from global functions, retailers, and other internal and external suppliers of global content.
Actively contribute to the documentation and guidelines for relevant tools, processes andwork areas.
Establish and maintain communication channels and network routines with relevantMarketing & Communication functions.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with in your domain expertise e.g. Processes &Workflows, Metadata, Search Engine optimization, Learning or Product Support.
Qualifications
You will lead the business and other stakeholders with specialist expertise within daily business operational tasks connected to digital content management. To guide and secure the processes and function of the global tools used for digital content are optimised for the business and business user needs, based on insights, knowledge and Centre of Expertise (COE) goals.
You have experience within the following areas:
Extensive knowledge within digital marketing technology, interaction design,accessibility and/or user experience.
Good experience within Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Extensive up-to-date knowledge of digital tools, within marketing technology landscape,such as Content management systems, Product Information Management, Digital AssetManagement, Marketing and Social Media automation, CRM and analytics tools.
General knowledge of the customer experience map and critical pain points connected toand between channels.
Retail experience in a global or a national function.
Experience in support functions like training and/or system administrations.
University degree in Marketing & Communications, Computer Science or similareducation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
