Key performance areas
As Functional Manager you are responsible for leading the function to its objectives, in order to meet targets. In this role you are leading the delivery of Integration- and MDM-solutions on the SAP platform. The team is also responsible for delivering test resources and test services to SAP solutions. Furthermore, you represent the function in the management team and other forums and participate in the strategy development within the functional area.

Your main responsibilities include:
- Supporting, developing and following up mission, vision, objectives and strategies within the functional area
- Financial responsibility for the function: budgeting and follow-up of financial result
- Staff management, including allocating resources within the function and supporting the employees? long-term competence development
- Being accountable for work environment issues in accordance with local legislation and instructions
- Being accountable for fulfillment of other work legislation and company regulations

Your profile
We are looking for someone with three to five years? experience of leading software development, combined with an overall understanding of Test management. Knowledge of Integration, MDM and ERP/SAP is advantageous. Good communication skills in English are a prerequisite for the position, while knowledge in Swedish is a plus.
