Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Functional Safety Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Develop safety plans and safety cases for electromobility and propulsion systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Design and implement software solutions for ISO 26262-compliant systems, including unit test cases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety considerations into all stages of system development.
Contribute to the development of safety-related documentation, including hazard analysis and risk assessment (HARA) and Functional Safety Concept (FSC).
Apply expertise in propulsion systems, including technologies related to batteries, charging, e-drive, and traditional powertrain development.
Ensure the safety and reliability of high-voltage (HV) systems within the propulsion domain.
What you bring:
Background in systems development and technical development, preferably in electromobility or propulsion systems.
Proficiency in hazard analysis and risk assessment (HARA) and Functional Safety Concept (FSC) development.
Knowledge of Technical Safety Concept (TSC) and software development for ISO 26262-compliant systems is advantageous.
Experience in safety plan development and safety case creation.
Familiarity with software design principles and unit test case development.
Understanding of propulsion technologies, including batteries, charging, e-drive, and traditional powertrain development.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
