What will you do?
Your responsibility as a Functional Safety Manager is to ensure compliance with the ISO 26262 standards in developing our products. You'll also be responsible for reviewing technical concepts and solutions, making sure they meet the functional safety requirements for our systems. As you will be working together with the cross-functional teams and contributing to the operational strategies, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be key. It will be crucial to build trust and confidence amongst your colleagues and management.

In order to succeed in your new role, we think you have:
8+ years of experience working in automotive areas within the Safety area
Knowledge of safety engineering processes (Hazard and Operability Analysis, Fault Tree Analysis, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, etc.)
Knowledge in development according to safety standards such as ISO 26262 is MUST.
Good knowledge of vehicle dynamics systems (braking, suspension, steering...)
Knowledge of electrical and electronics architecture.
Knowledge of embedded systems and development
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of product development cycle (DVP).
Comprehensive knowledge of the SAFe Agile Way of Working and mindset is a plus.
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Applicants shall have a PhD or Bachelor's or Master's degree in electronics, software, computer engineering or similar.
