Your life as a Columbus Consultant
As a Functional solution architect (FSA) at Columbus, you will be responsible for guiding your customers to the best financial processes based on your previous experience, your understading of the customer’s business needs and the customer's requirements. This means that you need to really understand the functionality of the Dynamics 365 finance module. It is important that you really understand your customer’s business needs in order to create a solution that enables your customer to become even more successful than before. You will work as a team with colleagues in other areas and it is important that the end result will be a complete solution.

As the system grows there will be more and more integrations between functions and modules and a comprehensive understanding of economy processes, although still important, must be combined with system knowledge.

You will get to face new challenges, coming up with new solutions, and have a highly stimulating job. It's described by the team as the best and most satisfying part of the job - the reason why they love working here.

Your everyday life
Everyday life revolves around projects for the most part, and varies depending on where in the project cycle you are. It's a lot of communication with the customer, and you will have a communication with both CFO the end-users. You explain, educate, brainstorm ideas, and come up with solutions together with your customers as well as working on solutions by yourself and with your team. This makes your ability to communicate on a high and professional level the second most important part that we will be looking for. You need to have a great level of business mind with you. Being able to give proactive advice, guide, coach, and challenge the customer in with never-ending professionalism.

It would be a great bonus if you have previously worked with coworkers offsite, especially with India.🌍

Travelling is a common expectation for a consultant. Before the COVID situation, we could be expected to travel every other week to our customers. This is something that can become a reality again, although we have shown both ourselves and our costumers that we can deliver great results remotely as well. Please consider this point, and how this could work with your work-life balance. 🧡

Location is actually not key! You can work remotely as much as you like (as long as delivery works) and live anywhere in Sweden. We only ask that you are prepared to travel to our nearest office when needed! We have offices in Göteborg, Malmö, Jönköping, Stockholm och Skellefteå - Which is your favourite?
