We work with technology that matters
Do you want to join the Semcon autonomous journey towards a more efficient and safe future? We are looking for new colleagues within the areas of supervised and un-supervised driving (ADAS / AD) for applications both on public roads and in confined areas (e.g. mines, ports etc) and associated fields, so this might be the opportunity you have been waiting for.
The Mobility team at Semcon in Gothenburg is a group of engineers passionate about creating products and services that make a difference for users, suppliers and the climate. More specifically, we investigate areas of interest to automate, identifies impact and improvements of usage patterns feasible to achieve, impact on requirements on infrastructure it will result in etc plus of course development of automation concepts and technical solutions for vehicles (cars, trucks and machinery) and related infrastructure. There is a very high demand for talented consultants in this field, why the team needs to grow to meet market demand. Although specializing in different aspects of automation, we collaborate tightly with colleagues focusing on electrification, connected solutions and digitization.
Assignments are typically based at the customer site or at our head office at Lindholmen, Gothenburg. Most people currently work from home due to the social distancing guidelines.

Want to make difference. At Semcon we work with the fragile birth of new ideas to all the nitty gritties that need to be designed, engineered and developed to make great product and service experiences come alive. A vast responsibility but also a unique opportunity to make a difference in peoples’ lives; to guide our customers towards a more sustainable and human-centric future.
Want to work with fun and challenging assignments. We work at the forefronts of applied autonomy and e-Mobility, are engaged in both product development projects and different research initiatives.
We value great colleagues. We want to do great things. Together. Working with great colleagues who provide new ways of thinking, not necessarily always agreeing with you. We value balance in life, diversity, kindness, getting things done, learning fast, having fun and sharing our knowledge.
