About the job
In this role you plan, carry out and follow up fundraising activities and mass-market campaigns and develop new methods and ways of attracting new donors as well as increase revenue and loyalty of existing donors. In collaboration with the fundraising team, you work actively and data-driven to continuously develop the fundraising work.
The Kvinna till Kvinna communication department employs 18 people, divided into four units. You will be part of a driven and development-oriented fundraising team that in close collaboration with each other, and others in the organisation, creates commitment and runs fundraising. You will also work closely with our editorial and marketing team that is responsible for our digital channels such as the web and social media.
About you
You are creative, self-driven and proactive. To thrive in this role you are driven to reach ambitious goals, you believe in teamwork and you focus on solutions rather than problems. You have a genuine interest in developing digital solutions to optimise the fundraising work, drive conversion and increase revenue and loyalty.
You need to at least have
Broad experience of planning and implementing fundraising campaigns and mass market activities such as telemarketing, direct mail, sms etc.
Experience of working data-driven and with CRM systems for strategic and target group-adapted communication and recruitment
Solid fundraising skills and experience of conducting strategic and operational campaigns including budgeting and follow up
You speak and wright fluently in Swedish and master English as a working language
Merits
Relevant education in marketing communication or sales
Planning and management of campaigns and collaboration with agencies
Basic knowledge of GDPR
Fundraising or marketing experience from other NGO

This is a full-time position with a starting probationary period of 6 months. Access as soon as possible. The position is based in Stockholm and travel may occur. Goal-oriented working hours applies.
