About the role

This is a temporary role as system administrator starting immediately running till August 2022 with possibility to go permanent as a technician or engineer.

The system administrator will be responsible for world-class order serving in all our sales channels, logistic flow or production flow.

With a focus on flawless and efficient logistics as well as on premium sales experience, the system administrator will be accountable for order management, supply planning, production planning or product preparation.

A team player with the willingness to drive improvements creating excellence in operations and customer value.

This fall, we are looking to update our operations roadmap for 2031 with adapting and expanding our production in the same pace as our global sales growth. Our future engineers and technicians till establish manufacturing capabilities in new countries, improve efficiency in existing footprint and change our operating model and technology.

Responsibilities

- Support in our CRM/ERP system (Salesforce/Rootstock).
- Responsible for constantly seeking new ways to improve operational efficiency and innovation
- Will be the primary link with the Global operations team in Sweden on all operational topics and will work closely with these departments to improve the experience for customer.
- Responsible for either order management, supply planning, production planning or product preparation.
- Responsible for ensuring orders are handled in accordance with the process.
- Ensure high levels of performance and adherence to high standards of care and quality
- Develop and update operations roadmap as new data emerges
- Build business case for new projects
- Participate in factory development, efficiency, operating model and new technology
- Build Hästens lessons learned and factory blue book
- Work in close cooperation with all departments of Hästens to ensure holistic success of projects launched
- Represent and ensure Blue Check culture and values are being transferred to each new facility


Skills and business systems requirements

0-3 years of Sales Operations/Administration, supply planning, production planning or product preparation

0-3 years experience with ERP systems (Salesforce is an advantage)

0-3 years experience within process or manufacturing engineering

Fully energized and committed

Willing to drive change and improvements

The person should be passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience, team player.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Well organized with a hands-on problem-solving attitude

Flexible and can meet internal and statutory deadlines

Higher technical education is an advantage
