Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2023 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. Within Processing Solutions & Equipment (PSE) the Business Sector Food Solutions (BS FS) is responsible for development, design, engineering and manufacturing of units and line solutions for processing of ice cream, cheese and powder applications. We work closely with our market companies to understand customer needs and to create and convey our solutions that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its Customers.
Overview of the position:
Within the Business Control Food Solutions team, we are now looking for a Business Analyst, BS Food Solutions operations. The position reports to the Director Business Control Food Solutions.
You will be based in Lund, Sweden but you will work in a global arena.
What you will do
As our new Future Talent – Business Analyst you will:
Support the process to transform financial data to meaningful business decision support material
Support organization with regular as well as ad hoc financial performance analysis
Perform a variety of variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
Create dashboard and related process to follow up Business Sector KPI´s
Support the annual financial planning and forecasting process across the entire organization
Identify efficiency and productivity improvement areas
Actively simplify and improve processes and tools

We believe you have
You have a Masters Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics & Business Economics or equivalent (Graduated 2022-2023)
It is possible that you have experience working in a project based environment or industry.
Strong IT-skills and experience with analytic tools such as Business Objects and PowerBI is also considered a plus.
You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
You have good communications skills, written and spoken
Previous international studies/experience are considered meritious
