The Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2023 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individual designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. We are looking for talented and highly motivated new graduates to join our Future Talent Programme starting in September 2023 and become the next generation of engineers and leaders in our industry.
Being part of the Modelling & Data Science team in Development & Technologies organization you will play an important role in supporting the development of our new packaging materials and equipment lines. In this role you will use your analytical skills, your toolbox and your experience to grow yours and Tetra Pak’s system engineering & analytics capabilities.
The role will require working both in teams as well as individually. We see that you as a person being very open to share and learn together with colleagues around you as well as open to experimenting with different approaches to support driving efficient fact based decisions and knowledge building.
You will be based in Lund Sweden but you will work in a global arena.
What you will do
As our new Future Talent – Data Science Expert you will:
Support development teams in transferring data to fact-based decision making and knowledge building
Drive best-practice building and sharing across engineering in data science & statistics
Develop the data science and statistics capability in engineering to meet future needs

We believe you have
You have a Masters Degree in Engineering (or similar) with studies connected to statistical and data science (Graduated 2022-2023)
You are specialized in or have a strong interest in data science and statistics
You have a strong interest to build knowledge from data by statistical and machine learning models.
You are committed to learn the relevant processes and you have interest in new digitalization technologies.
You have strong analytical mind-set and you enjoy helping others understand complex data in an easily explainable way, allowing them to draw relevant conclusions
You are a true finisher and have the ability to work independently
You are a team player with outstanding communication skills.
You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
Previous international studies/experience is a merit
