Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Programme within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2021 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individual designed development programme for 2 years connected to a specific position in the Tetra Pak organization.
During the program you will take part of trainings and local and international job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As our new Trainee you will get to know our entire business and work with colleagues all over the world!

What you will do
The Human Resources function partners with Managers to manage our most important asset, our people.
We provide quality HR services and deliver business value through our HR Service Centres around the world, our organisational services and HR Business Partners and Country Services in our various geographies.
We invest in our people because we believe our employees’ competences and engagement provide the competitive edge, we need to sustain our business success.
As an HR ASSOCIATE you will be involved in different activities to develop and strengthen your abilities:
Experience a tiered-based HR service delivery model, which will include providing front-end HR general advices: acquiring, onboarding, developing, rewarding talents
Perform in a process oriented organisation with high service level commitment and compliant approach
Develop a strong customer service mindset through cross-functional collaboration, regionally and globally
Contribute to further improvement of areas such as innovation and advanced analytics through digital transformation
Learn how to use and further develop collaboration tools
Sustain quality and continuously drive improvements to achieve HR service excellence
Partner with suppliers in the areas of people and organisational development, reward, mobility, technology and people data/analytics
Participate in regional/global projects

You have an open mindset, an eagerness to develop, and you are driven by delivering. You have a collaborative approach, building relations and networks comes natural to you. On the other hand, you are also analytical and organized which makes it easy for you to create structure and keep track on parallel things. You enjoy working in an international environment and you have a business-oriented way of thinking.
· You have finished recently or are about to finish your Economics, Human Resources, Leadership & Management, Andragogy, Psychology, Business Administration or similar Bachelor or Master’s degree studies (graduation year 2020 or 2021)
· You are proficient with MS Office and savvy with IT tools (including social media)
· You are fluent in English, written and spoken
· You are mobile/flexible and willing to relocate during internal rotations
· Previous international studies/experience are considered meritorious
