Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2022 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individual designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. We are looking for a Future Talent Laboratory Engineer within the area of recyclability analysis.
The recyclability lab investigates materials and analyses recyclability to support development of new sustainable materials. It is part of Material Analysis department within Development & Technology/ Materials and Package organisation. Recyclability analysis is a new capability within Tetra Pak and in this role you will be part of developing and building a new lab, new equipment and new test methods.
The role is located in Lund, but you will work in a global arena.
What you will do
As Laboratory Engineer focusing on recyclability analysis, you will play an important role by being part of developing future sustainable and recyclable material solutions. You will be working hands on with analysis in the recyclability lab, investigating the materials, handling the machines as well as compiling and analysing data.
You will be part of a team of laboratory engineers and lab scientists and work in close collaboration with development projects and external partners.
We offer a technical role with possibly to influence our business direction. We hope you develop into important technical specialists for our organization.
Who you are
We believe that you are a person with lots of energy, passion for recycling & sustainability and strong drive for results. You are open, eager to develop and learn new things. You enjoy problem solving and have the ability to engage others with your ideas. Your approach is humble and collaborative, you like working in an international environment with different people from various cultures. Furthermore, you are business oriented and of course passionate about what about the area of material science.
We believe you have:
Master’s degree within Material Science, Chemical Engineering or similar
Experience or studies within recycling, sustainability, paperboard and/or polymer is a merit. You should have your University degree finished in 2021 or Spring 2022.
You possibly have experience within analysis work, material analysis, laboratory work, material development and development projects.
You’re fluent in English, written and spoken, preferably on a professional level of English.
This Programme requires that you are mobile/flexible and willing to relocate during rotations internally.
