Future Talent Programme - Legal Track

The Future Talent Programme - Legal track is a two-year trainee programme, starting in September 2017. As a participant you will get a unique chance to explore and develop your potential and your talents. In the programme, you will have the opportunity to both contribute to and influence the Tetra Pak development in a long perspective. You will be a part of a global leader at the absolute forefront of the food industry.



In this role, you will become part of the global Legal Affairs function and have a permanent position from day one. You will follow a development plan specifically designed for you and your position. The plan will include a combination of job rotations into different units within Legal Affairs as well as formal training and seminars. The programme will give you extensive insight into the company, our culture and values.



We are now looking for newly graduates with a law degree from a Swedish University. The successful candidate will be based at Tetra Pak in Lund, Sweden.



Qualifications



To apply to the Future Talent Programme you have finished or are about to finish your Master's Degree in Law at a Swedish University. You are a problem solver with strong personal drive, passionate about applying your theoretical knowledge into actual challenges.



You are result and business oriented with a mature and professional personality, combined with the ability to create and utilize a broad network. A strong interest for business, leadership and analytical ability are important components to succeed. Furthermore, you are a true team player with exceptional communication skills.



Experience of studies or work abroad is considered a merit, as well as additional studies in other fields. In addition, leadership experience is a plus. You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
