Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2022 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individual designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Tube Filled Solutions Development Programme in the Development & Technology (D&T) organization in Lund. In Tube Filled Solutions Programme management organization we lead the development work and have a full life cycle perspective related to all the filling machine systems within the program. In the role as Product owner, you will be leading a cross-functional team responsible for managing the full backlog of needs split between new development initiatives and customer issues. You will be part of a dynamic working environment with high pace and with high exposure inside organization and towards our markets and our customers.
What you will do
As our Product Owner, you will be part of the Program Management team, where we are responsible for project and, program management within Tetra Pak Tube Filled Solution. You will be leading a cross functional team with exciting variety of development activities and product maintenance in a global environment. This role requires strong networking skills both within and outside D&T to secure alignment of all development activities including building external partnerships and customer interactions. This role offers several opportunities for personal growth and career development.
Main responsibilities
Managing project execution by following Tetra Pak agile methodology, including resource and project planning, long term planning, meeting project goals, delivery time, business needs, governance forums
Driving the product development and lifecycle perspective, including industrialization and deployment, as well as continuous improvement
As product owner, you are also the interface for requests and changes working with stakeholders and you are the leader of a scrum team
You take active part in our Programme team, and you contribute together with your colleagues to development of such as our working environment, processes, and tools.

Who you are
You have a master’s degree in Engineering (degree finished between 2021-2022). Some leadership experience, e.g. sport engagement, or other extracurricular experience, is considered a merit.
For you to be happy in this role, we think that you have leadership skills, great ability to collaborate and manage stakeholders at different levels. You are a pragmatic person, result oriented and a self-motivated person with strong customer focus eager to find new opportunities to deliver. You pay strong attention to details balanced with the ability to see the project in a larger context.
Furthermore, you possess facilitation ability with excellent communications skills. This position requires strong collaboration and communication skills able to negotiate and communicate both in general and technical terms. Your communication skills in English, both written and oral are on excellent level.
