Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2024 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!
We are looking for two Future Talent – Product Owners to join us in the Tetra Rex and Tetra Recart Programme Management in the Development & Technology organization. We are working in agile cross-functional teams developing the packages, openings and filling machines for tomorrow. Sustainability and time to market are in strong focus, and you will be part of a dynamic working environment and collaborative community. In the end of the programme you will be leading one of our development teams.

You will be based in Lund Sweden but you will work in a global arena.
What you will do
As our new Future Talent – Product Owner you will be part of the Program Management team, where we are responsible for project and program management to meet the Tetra Rex and Tetra Recart product roadmap. We lead the innovation and development work, plus have a full life cycle responsibility related to all filling machine systems, packages and openings within our system.
You will be leading product development projects in a global environment with opportunities for personal growth and career development.
Main responsibilities
Managing project execution, including resource and project planning, budget, delivery time, and reporting to governance forums
Driving the product development and lifecycle perspective
As product owner, you are also the interface for requests and changes working with stakeholders

We believe you have
You have a Masters Degree in Engineering. (Graduated 2023-2024)
It is possible that you have experience working in packaging and food industry.
You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
You have good communications skills, written and spoken
Previous international studies/experience are considered meritious
