Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Programme within Tetra Pak.
We offer a permanent position from start in September 2021 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individual designed development programme for
2 years connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will take part of trainings and local and international job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As our new Trainee you will get to know our entire business and work with colleagues all over the world!

This position is located in Lund.
What you will do:
You will become part of Services Solutions Deployment team that works with deploying new innovative solutions to our customers.
You will work with and support our customer facing account teams to sell, deliver and manage these solutions.
We are looking for someone who can combine good analytical thinking all the way through to delivery of solutions, in order to achieve customer business and strategic outcomes.
We hope that you develop into someone who can combine customer insights into implementable solutions, while driving the required change management within Tetra Pak.
Your work will cover various parts, mainly looking into these areas:
· Sales Support – Lead building of clear quantified value propositions, for these solutions, with account teams for prioritised customers
· Implementation of solutions – work with account teams to lead the implementation of these new innovative solutions, ensuring the required capabilities are in place
· Hypercare – Provide ongoing support and capture learning requirements and improvements for these solutions
· Development – Support development of existing or future solutions based on quantified and qualified data
Who you are:

· You have (or will have) a completed Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or similar (finished no later than 2020-2021)
· You possibly have experience or knowledge in Process, Business or Production Optimisation
· You are fluent in English, written and spoken
· You are mobile/flexible and willing to relocate during internal rotations
· Previous international studies/experience are considered meritorious
