To succeed in this role, you will need:


• 7+ years of experience from HR with focus on project management, process and tool implementation as well as strategic workforce planning
• Experience from the business is an advantage
• International experience
• Highly developed written and spoken communication skills/English

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The purpose of the Future Workforce Design Leader is to lead the work, strengthening our ability to predict future assignments and skills, and thereby support our business and people transformation across Ingka into new jobs and skills needed to strengthen our co-worker's employability as well as creating a more agile and adaptable Ingka.
You will:
• Partner with one or several transformation initiatives or business areas to co-lead the identification and overview of new, disappearing and changing roles and skills.
• Lead the identification and overview of competence gaps as input to re- and upskilling programmes
• Lead the development of processes and tools for Future Workforce Design
• Work closely with appointed transformational business areas and take lead in implementation of selected tools and processes
• Identify skill gaps between current roles with large number of co-workers and future critical roles with a large number of co-workers, creating an overview for navigation and decision making for the business.
• Continuously benchmark externally to secure best practice, tools and innovation for future workforce design in Ingka


This position is located in Malmö and will report to the Future Workforce Design Manager. Whilst you will have a permanent contract, this specific role is assignment based and as such is a great way for you to continue to develop, and your next step from this position will be something you and your manager will have in focus.
