Star Stable Entertainment was founded in 2011, sparked by a desire for a game that could make a difference. Although half of gamers are girls and women, they were under-represented in the gaming industry, both as characters and creators. We dreamed of an epic online world where tween and teen girls could share an amazing experience. And we wanted to challenge how things were done in a male-dominated industry.



The result was Star Stable Online, which has gone on to become the world’s number one horse game with over 21 million registered users across 180 countries. We’re thrilled to welcome fun-loving players to the island of Jorvik, with its breathtaking scenery, beautiful horses, and magical quests. And we’re proud to see each player's special bond with their four-legged friends and the passionate community of Star Stable players.



As of 2022, our company has 200+ employees with a female to male ratio of 54/46, unheard of in the gaming industry. Our world has expanded into the Star Stable Universe and includes books, music, animated series, and mobile apps. And we continue to champion diverse characters and narratives, encouraging our audience to be their true selves. The Position

Do you have passion for live games and special interest in engagement features? Would you like to work on a brand new game targeted to a younger audience where the focus is on befriending animals and caring for the environment? Sounds like a role for you, then read on!

Wildsong is a new branch of the Star Stable Entertainment universe. It is an open-world adventure mobile game aimed at a younger audience where you play an adventurer who can talk to animals while exploring a cute and cozy magical world. To continue our journey, we are now looking for a Game Content Designer to join our StarFam who has the passion for live games, understanding of the players and what drives them. Your goal would be to keep our players engaged in a live game.

As a Game Content Designer at Star Stable you will be responsible for;

- Design engaging quests and activities for players for all quest lines and live events

- Writing and implementing quests

- Help us keep up with the content demands of a live game

- Working closely together with Customer Service and QA to solve bugs based on player feedback

- Evaluates player feedback and together with the team, plan a course of action

- Write clear and comprehensive documentation



To thrive in this role, we believe that you have;

- A strong passion for live games/mobile games experience
- Completed an internship in a similar role, if you have 1 year experience, or if you have worked on a similar portfolio project.



- Experience with quest design, quest writing, visual scripting and narrative design

- Experience with the Unity game engine

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- A proactive attitude with collaborative mindset

- Empathy for our target audience who are children between the ages of 8-12
