We are looking for an Game Design Team Lead to join our growing team in our London, UK office

Main responsibilities:

Drive the design from start to finish on multiple projects

Manage and mentor a team of designers

Be accountable for the quality and output of design for your team & projects

Requirements:

Strong experience in a leadership role: able to lead a team & mentor a team of game designers, along with good problem solving & conflict resolution skills.

Strong experience in hands-on, practical game design, alongside a solid grounding in theory, especially in UX and player psychology.

Good communication skills both in terms of documentation (writing technical documents, creating mock-ups), and in self-expression (articulate, able to present ideas to varying audiences).

Familiarity with Casino and video slots games.

Good English proficiency (approx. B2 or similar)

Based in or willing to relocate to the London area.

Preferences:

Experience designing Casino and video slots games.

Experience in a multi-cultural work environment.
