Game Designer

10 Chambers is a fully-funded scale-up game studio backed by Tencent and based in the beautiful city of Stockholm, Sweden. We are an ambitious, creative and collaborative team with a lifelong love for games. We have just recently released GTFO, a co-op FPS game and are about to start working on our next legendary AAA co-op gaming experience.
10 Chambers is looking for a Game Designer to join our growing team of developers to help form our future games.
As a Game Designer at 10 Chambers, you will be working closely with the directors to help structure and document our direction as well as design individual elements of our current game GTFO and on our upcoming projects.
We are looking for an experienced designer that is creative, practical, and structured. You have to know how to design for production and can see the big picture to prioritize the product before the ideas.
Your tasks will include communicating the “why” and the “how” of our features, both in documentation and other communication. You will also be tasked with balancing existing features in tight collaboration with product owners.
We’re looking for a game designer with a humble attitude and strong communication skills. At 10 Chambers, you will get to work daily with talented developers from a wide range of disciplines in an open, non-competitive, and highly collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
1+ years of game design or related experience
A production mindset - you think both of why and how your design should be implemented
Excellent command of English, including strong skills writing English documentation (Swedish is not a requirement)

Bonus Qualifications
Experience with Unity or other game engines
Experience with other game development disciplines such as programming, art, sound or animation
