Are you a collaborative and analytical game designer with a profound interest in player engagement?

Do you enjoy digging into questions like:

- What kind of content and features are needed?
- Which goals and rewards should our upcoming title have?
- And how should our battle pass be set up? Or should we have something else, instead of a battle pass?


So many questions and this is where you come into play!

We are a hybrid first studio:
- Work from our office in Stockholm (Södermalm)? That works for us!
- Work remotely from anywhere in Sweden? If that suits you.
- Work some days at the office and some days remote? Absolutely!

The quest
You will be part of our delightful Design team (7 members) and your mission will be to create systems that will continue to engage our players from the very first minutes of playing and beyond. Guiding players to enhance their in-game experience and be part of our journey for a long time to come.

In this role, you'll collaborate with all our departments to ensure that there is both content and technology to support the engagement design.

The challenge is to create an experience that respects the game's core vision and is fair to the players while making sure the game is a blast to play.

Your player profile
Perhaps you are currently working at another studio or maybe it's time for you to rejoin the industry. Either way, we want you to be a collaborative, open-minded individual, passionate about gaming.

Background/Skills:
- At least 5+ years of professional experience as a Game Designer or Live Game Producer, with an orientation in areas such as Progression, Engagement, Retention, Analytics, Monetization, Game Economy, System Design
- Fluent in English


Bonus:

- Experience designing games in the FPS genre

If you're an EU citizen authorized to work in Sweden, we're all for it! We handle relocations on a case-by-case basis but will be able to assist with the most important part, which is finding a home for you.

Unfortunately, we are not ready to offer work-permit solutions for non-EU citizens at the moment, something we hope to be able to provide as we grow in the future.
