Are you passionate about game development and eager to make your mark in the exciting world of online casinos? Look no further! Join our team as a Backend Game Developer and take charge of creating and maintaining the server-side components of thrilling online casino games.
Your main responsibility will be to develop the game logic and build a robust framework that allows for the seamless implementation of this logic across multiple games. With our pre-built RGS (Remote Gaming Server) handling most of the integration work, you can focus your energy on bringing the games to life through immersive and engaging gameplay experiences.
 

Responsibilities:


Develop and maintain server-side components for online casino games focusing on the game logic.

Collaborate with front-end developers and game designers to implement game features and ensure seamless integration between the client and server.

Optimise game performance and scalability to handle high user loads and ensure a smooth gameplay experience.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging of backend systems to identify and fix any issues or bugs.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the backend architecture and gameplay experience.



Experience and Skills:


5+ years of professional experience in casino game development.

Experience with NodeJs and TypeScript

Experience implementing and testing the maths behind the game.

Familiarity with casino game rules and regulations.

Understanding of casino game design principles.

Understanding of web technologies including HTTP, RESTful APIs, WebSocket, and JSON.

Familiarity with cloud-based systems.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues in a distributed environment.

Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, game designers, and QA testers.

Willingness to learn new technologies, adapt to evolving industry standards, and stay updated with the latest trends in casino game development.

Fluent in English
