Gaming Industry Recruiter (relocation possible)

Our customer is a successful game development and distribution group with headquarters in Sweden. They have above 100 employees and studios in several different locations and are developing award-winning games for both consoles, web and mobile. We are now offering a unique opportunity to join them and also to relocate to Sweden if you are not already here.


In the role as Recruiter you are responsible for the entire recruiting process including sourcing, qualification, interviewing and hiring. You are co-ordinating with and involving different stakeholders such as product owners and developers in the recruiting process. You have an own budget and are reporting to the HR manager.


We believe that you have the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in tech recruiting
- Previous experience from the gaming industry in particular
- Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems
- You are dynamic, selling and a good negotiator
- Fluent in English


You would be based at the HQ of our customer in the beautiful city of Gothenburg, situated next to the ocean on the west coast of Sweden.


For this position we can assist with practical issues related to a relocation, but you do need to have an EU working permit.
