MSF Nordic (Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland) is looking for a GDPR/OneTrust implementation Project manager
Doctors without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international medical humanitarian organization determined to bring quality medical care to people in crises around the world, when and where they need regardless of religion, ethnical background, or political view. Our fundamental principles are neutrality, impartiality, independence, and medical ethics. In Sweden we raise funds, recruit field workers, communicate, advocate for change, and provide operational services to contribute to saving lives and alleviating suffering in the world. We are around a hundred people working for MSF Sweden at out nice and bright office at Liljeholmen in Stockholm.
The role
The purpose of the position will be to ensure the implementation of the system OneTrust - www.onetrust.com - in the four MSF offices of the Nordic region. The role is key to ensuring the self-regulation and compliance of the sections as intended by the GDPR. Expected outcome is that all data processing activities and systems should be maintained in One Trust, and that the system becomes the only incident response management centre.

Main responsibilities
1. OneTrust Project delivery
· Roll out OneTrust for privacy incident management in all four Nordic sections
· Project planning, resource management and project delivery
2. OneTrust Administration
· Maintain Information system inventory in OneTrust
· Design, maintain and update incident response process
· Setup OneTrust Report dashboards on incident and incident types as requested by GDPR work groups, controllers, auditors or as required by Management Teams
3. Identify and report risks
4. Training & Awareness
We are looking for you with
· Relevant academic degree or equivalent significant experience within the area (computer science, IT security, engineering…).
· Previous experience with IT system, preferably working with OneTrust and/or IT privacy management system implementation and roll-out
· A comprehensive understanding of the practical application of relevant legislation in EU/EEA (including the GDPR) and official guidance relating to processing of personal data.
· IT knowledge and understanding in terms of information systems, data storage, data processing and information security.
· Fluency in spoken and written English.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex matters in simple terms.
· Being able to travel within the different Nordic offices
It is valuable if you have
· MSF experience
· Knowledge of a Nordic language
· Extensive cybersecurity knowledge
· Experience in remote project management

Employment terms and conditions
· Type of contract: Temporary position, full time
· Contract duration: 12 months with possibility of extension
· Work hours: 37,5 hours/week is full time (possibility to use flex)
· Salary: 30 617 SEK/month if based in Sweden
· Benefits: Pension, health insurance, life insurance, travel insurance, insurance for work related injuries, wellness contribution (2000 SEK/year)
· Vacation: 25 days/year
· Entry date: 1st of October (with flexibility for notice)
· Based in Sweden (possibility to be based in any of the Nordic countries)
· Available for travels (expected 60% of the time)
