About the position

Gemalto is looking for a Security Product Specialist to join the eBanking and eCommerce headquarters, situated in central Gothenburg. Site Gothenburg covers R&D to Product marketing, Solution sales and administration. You will work with our Nordic team and customers in close cooperation with specialists. They will assist and train you on our products and customer environments.

As Security Product Specialist your primary tasks will be to own and drive the technical interface towards our customers where you will work with analysis, specification writing, marketing support, product development and design. You will also lead technical initiatives that will have a high strategic impact on the business relationship with our customers and partners.

You will also be a vital part of test, integration and implementation projects with technical support to ensure customer success and resolution. Internally you will ensure field feedback to our R&D organization as well as a knowledge and training contributor to your colleagues within the the group.

Qualifications

We are looking for a customer & business oriented team worker with good interpersonal skills who is assertive and able to work under pressure. You have good customer relationship capabilities as well as negotiation skills and a solution selling approach. You are an outgoing person who likes to share knowledge with colleagues in an international environment. When it comes to IT you are curious and a fast learner.

Education

•Engineering degree in Computer sciences, Electronics or Telecommunication

Technical skills

•Operating systems
•Web application architecture
•Database technology
•General networking and TCP/IP
•Technologies such as XML/XSL, HTTP(s), WebService, etc.
•IT Security, especially in symmetric and asymmetric cryptographically is an asset
Meritorius – CISSP

Language skills

•Full proficiency in English and at least one of the Scandinavian languages.

Travel

•Mobile for short-term traveling approximately 5 days / month
