General Accountant
Your will be ensuring that the correct figures are posted and that local compliance rules are met. You will work cross functional to partner with all the right stakeholders, both within finance and the business organization, solve problems and ensure high quality in the accounting and reporting data.
You will report to the head of Accounting and Reporting, who also is based in Gothenburg.
What you'll do
- Maintain the general ledger and execute journal entries
- Preform month and year end activities
- Support in enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Participate in external audit process
- Help meet objectives set within the Accounting and Reporting team
- Contribute to improve efficiency within the accounting and reporting organization
What you bring
- Good understanding of K3 and/or IFRS
- Experience in VAT and intrastat reporting
- Experience from VAT reporting in other European markets is an advantage
- Experience from SAP
