Nexen Tire Stockholm is now looking for a multitasking administrator to the office in Upplands Väsby.
Dina arbetsuppgifter
You will be responsible for office tasks such as;
• Managing incoming calls and visitors
• Book meetings, plan flight schedule
• Payment status check
• Office expenses
• Office supplies
• Support with presentations and reports, PowerPoint and Excel
• Marketing activities
• Other administrative tasks
Din profil
To match the position, we believe that you are an experienced administrator, with advantage from the tire and automotive industry. You are a multitasking, analytical and responsible person who enjoys varying job assignments. Furthermore, you are self-going, service-oriented and initiative in your approach, which comes in handy in a position that includes many social contacts.
The job requires fluency in Swedish and English, such as driving license and good knowledge in Excel.
We offer a big and expanding automotive company, varying job assignments, and an independent position at our Stockholm office.
