General Application for Escape Room Company

Fox in a Box is a well-established escape room company located on Sveavägen. We provide entertainment to thousands of customers each month. Our focus is primarily on our physical escape rooms but we also offer portable escape rooms and, since corona, virtual escape rooms that can be played over a video conferencing platform such as Zoom. Additionally, we have a meeting/private party room, our venue is available for exclusive hire and events, plus we have a newly opened cafe in the same location.
We are now looking for a number of people to add to our already wonderful team! Our hiring process is not based around experience but rather on personality and attitude. We are looking for people who are friendly, positive, focused, team players, and who can deal well in stressful situations. We are a customer centric business, so if you aren’t good with people this isn’t the place for you!
Most job roles are predominantly based around the running of the games (Game Masters) but we are also looking for people with an interest or experience in: customer service, sales, events, social media, marketing, maintenance, janitorial, restaurant and catering.
We are an English speaking company, so a high level of English is required. Therefore, all applications are expected to be received in English. Swedish is beneficial, but not a requirement.
Most of our roles are entry/junior level and are part-time. Schedules are made around the availability of each of our team with evenings and weekends being our busiest times, consequently this is when the most staffing is required. As we are a customer based business things can change at short notice, so the more flexible you can be the better!
There is a possibility for full-time employment in the future and we are open to provide training in areas of interest to develop skills and experience.
Immediate start available and hiring will be on-going until we have filled all available positions.
