General Assistant

As General Assistant you will support colleagues and managers at our site in Perstorp with various administrative tasks and general office duties.


What you will do
· handle purchase orders, invoices and goods receipts in SAP
· responsible for mail room and contact person for sent and arriving parcels
· contact person regarding furniture and office equipment
· coordinate repairs and renovation at our different buildings
· responsible for the agreement archive, both digital and physical
· assist with various bookings (e.g. taxis, restaurants, hotels)
· support with internal communication
· support organizing corporate and external conferences, and other site events
· order office supplies, give-aways and corporate gifts

Due to your structured and organized way of working you can manage different projects at the same time. A very good level of both Swedish and English is essential for this role.
