This is a full-time job opportunity for fluent German speakers, based in Athens.
In this role you will have the chance to serve the German speaking clients of one of the best ranked luxury airlines companies in the world as a passenger handling agent.

The responsibilities for this German airline service agent role include: 
act as the first point of contact for all German speaking passengers
respond and record customer inquiries raised through inbound calls or emails regarding bookings, complains, information requests regarding itinerary, prices, flight rules.
maintain solid customer relationships with German customers abroad by handling questions with speed and professionalism
troubleshoot and resolve common technical problems 
delight customers with your knowledge and expertise in order to exceed their expectations

The qualifications for this German airline service agent role are:
An excellent level of the German language
A good level of the English language
PC literacy
A degree can be a plus

For this German airline service agent position, our client offers:
A competitive benefits package 
500€ bonus upon training completion
Performance bonus
Stable working hours Monday to Friday 10am-18pm
Two (2) extra salaries through the year (one salary in Christmas, half in Easter, half in summer)
Relocation package in case you reside outside of Greece (flight ticket, transfer from the airport, hotel accommodation, support to find an apartment, 500€ accommodation bonus for the first 6 months)
