Ecodi AB is a Swedish company that ships nicotine pouches all over the world, we started as a family business and for the past 10 years we have built up a loyal customer-base that each year grows even bigger. As the number of customers increases, so do the requirements for our customer service.
For this reason, we are now searching for a new member to join our team, someone who is comfortable with writing, ambitious, with previous experience with customer relations. An e-commerce company serves the world and we aim to efficiently meet our customers’ demands regarding product information, deliveries, and payment options for all possible markets. Our customer service is the heart of our business and is required to establish happy and loyal customers. We want you to help us enrich the customer’s experience!
Customer support is mainly in German and English and is open between 7-18 Swedish time along with a few hours during the weekend. The shifts vary from 7-15, 9-18 and weekend hours - the exact times are planned within the team to find the perfect fit for both customers and coworkers.
Do not be afraid to ask for a helping hand! Our support team is a small but tight team where both good communication and teamwork are essential.
The position is a permanent employment of 50% (with a trial-period of 6 months) and is located in Grebbestad, with the possibility to work some days at home when comfortable. We are a small business of approximately 16 employees but constantly growing, there are therefore plenty of possibilities to evolve within the company. ECODI AB has a collective agreement with Unionen (tjänstemen).

Requirements:
Fluent in English.
Fluent in German.
Previous work experience with within administration or computers.
Previous work experience with customer relations.
It is a big plus if you know any other languages as well at a high level.
