German Customer Specialist to a company in the car industry

Our international customer is continuing to build a high-quality customer service team in the heart of Stockholm. We are looking for someone with previous customer service experience and who is ready to take the next step in their career! Are you responsible, a good communicator and do you like challenges? About the position

The team will consist of 5-10 people and will continue to grow henceforth, which means that you will participate in and have a great impact on the team’s development. The job is full-time and working hours are Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm.

Your tasks will mainly consist of answering incoming queries via email, chat and by telephone. You are expected to provide the customer with the best possible service through all the steps.

About you

It is important that you have previous experience of similar tasks and that you are reliable. We see that you are empathetic and efficient in your work, and work methodically and analytically. You are of course a happy and friendly colleague and you have a heart for providing top-notch customer service. You speak and write freely in German and English, as well as have a full high school diploma. It is also very meritorious if you have earlier work experience in sales and an interest in cars.
